EVO®2 Badge

EVO®2 Badge provides a simple solution for identification on site, combining the established EVO®2 with the JSP badge and ID card holder. The sturdy helmet features a built-in next generation badge holder with lamp bracket, that slots seamlessly into a purpose-engineered shell recess.

ID CARD HOLDER

Clear acrylic badge holder, using simple push and slide system to fit and replace standard business card size identification. A lamp bracket is positioned at the top of the unit.

TOUGH HDPE SHELL

In tests the EVO®2 proved far tougher than the EN397 standard required and far tougher than any of its competitors.

SECURE FIT

Featuring easy to use OneTouch® slip ratchet, 3D adjustable harness, and replaceable Chamlon™ sweatband for a secure, comfortable fit. Range of replacement sweatbands available.

CR2 REFLECTIVITY

CR2 reflective decals available as an optional accessory, offering, on average, 60% higher reflectivity than standard reflective clothing. CR2 is optional.

VENTILATION

Vented shell to increase comfort and allow cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperatures by an average 2-3 degrees celsius. Non-vented version available with electrical insulation properties.

ACCESSORIES

Wide range of compatible and certified accessories available, with the EVOGuard® faceshield range and the Sonis® helmet-mounted ear defenders. Also available a comprehensive range of Thermal liners, UV capes and chinstraps.

How long do I have to wait for delivery from Lion Safety?

Lead times are 1 day for stock-based products. If your order is placed before 3:30 PM for unbranded stock-based products, we will ensure that your order is despatched the same day on a 24-hour delivery service via our own transport or courier partners.
 

What happens if my order is not placed before 3:30 PM?

Our Operations Team works very quickly to dispatch whatever makes it onto the system within the day, so there is still a chance your order will leave us the same day, even if its placed after 3:30 PM. We just can't guarantee it as the team starts to switch priorities after this time.
 

If my order is not fully in stock, will my order be held up?

If you are ordering other items as part of your order and some are not in stock, and your preferences have been set to 'not accept part shipments', then any goods in stock will be held until the whole order is complete and ready for shipment.
However, generally speaking, items in stock will be shipped and any back-ordered items will follow as soon as they land with LION.

 

What happens and how long will I have to wait if an item is not in stock?

If this item is not in stock, please allow 3-4 days for delivery. Delivery times into LION vary from product to product, however, we work to reduce these as much as possible.
Non-stock goods are delivered within 3-4 working days.
Goods from Europe can take longer however, we will let you know as soon as possible by email or phone call.

At LION we aim to ensure that what we provide is available quickly and from stock.

The standard delivery charge is £5.75 excl. VAT for all orders under £50.00 excl. VAT.
 

What is the Returns process?

Arrgh! We all hate it when something isn't right or doesn't fit, or gets delivered with damages. We want to simplify the return process so that you can get what you need  or get damaged items replaced, as quickly as possible.
 

What can I do I'm unsatisfied with my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your order or an item in your order, you may be able to return it, providing that;

  1. The goods are in a resaleable condition and haven't been worn outside;
  2. The goods can be returned in the original packaging (excluding the courier bag) so that they can be resold;
  3. The goods have not received any personalisation, or additional branding, or come with your company logo branded on them.

Returned items may be subject to a Handling and Restocking fee, at the discretion of LION. 
 

Should I notify LION if I want to return an order or item?

Yes, you will need to notify LION, preferably by email for traceability, so that we can authorise it, but you are welcome to give us a call and speak to one of the Team.

Our terms and conditions state that, ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED BY LION SAFETY. Please do not ship anything back to us until you have had confirmation of a Returns Number.

 

Can I start this process online?

If your order has been placed online through this portal, you will be able to initiate this return by going to My Account > View Account > Order History. Type in the search box for the order number, and click on it. Once in the order, you will be able to start the Returns Process.
